Support River Run from home!

Poster: Justice for Grassy Narrows. Features bold, black-and-white art of an Indigenous woman cradling a baby in her arms, with a red heart in the centre.

Grassy Narrows people are powerful leaders in the movement for Indigenous sovereignty and environmental justice. They have shown that together we can fight for justice against all odds and make real gains. But so much is still needed to right the wrong of mercury poisoning in Grassy Narrows. On September 23, Grassy Narrows youth and community members who have travelled 1,700km will be in Toronto to demand mercury justice, and we hope you’ll join them!

  • 🗓️ September 23 at 12pm

  • 📍 Grange Park, 26 Grange Rd W

  • ♿ See the River Run Access Guide for full details

We want to see as many people as possible in the streets of Toronto in a powerful show of solidarity with Grassy Narrows, but we know that’s not possible for everyone. Luckily, there are ways to join in River Run no matter where you are - from across the city, or across Turtle Island!

Thank you for showing up for Grassy Narrows, however you can!
